This training is designed for the participant to obtain unique and specialized training to achieve the ability to conduct a rural/woodland operation and learn the art of invisibility in a woodland environment. Course topics include: Operational Planning, Camouflage Techniques, Prior Intelligence of Target Assessment, Safety Issues, Infiltration and Exfiltration Techniques, Hide Site Construction, Equipment Needs, and Surveillance Strategies. This is a hands-on training exercise conducted under arduous conditions in a woodland environment. Participants should possess a working knowledge of video equipment.
Needed equipment: Camouflage clothing, video camera, insect repellent, facial camouflage, first aid kit, binoculars, communication system (cell phone, radio, etc), gloves, canteen, field knife, field food, note pad for field notes.
